A hand rubbed satin N690 modified Sheepsfoot blade pairs with a traditional slip joint handle with contemporary lines and precision construction. This version comes with Blue Canyon Richlite covers and Maple Valley shield inlay.

Blade: Hand rubbed satin N690 stainless steel delivers balanced performance in the modified Sheepsfoot blade with a shallow hollow grind and subtly up swept belly at the tip for excellent versatility in use. Opened via a classic nail nick, the blade has great walk and talk with a solid snap at half and full stop positions. With a stylish look, this is an excellent blade for users and collectors alike.

Handle: Stainless liners support contoured Richlite covers for a solid and comfortable grip. The covers are attached with stainless pins and the liners are engine turned or jeweled for a truly custom free. A solid stainless steel back spring protects the blade when closed and delivers snappy slip joint action for safe use. Includes a felt slip for storage and carry, nylon drawstring bag and signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Bohler N690: N690 is a high quality stainless steel considered an upgrade to 440C. It has higher hardness and wear resistance for better edge retention while sacrificing some toughness. Corrosion resistance is high, at or better than VG-10. Easy to sharpen, this is a well-balanced steel for daily carry and use.

Richlite Paper Composite: Richlite is a durable, versatile, and sustainable material made from resin-infused paper considered a premium surface material in aerospace, architecture and design. Layers of high quality custom craft paper create a unique surface texture from the natural variation in the paper fibers. Richlite’s color comes from a combination of the paper and amber toned resin and has a composition of approximately 65% FSC®-certified or recycled paper content and 35% phenolic resin.
