Sergey Rogovets is putting his precision skill and eye for design into his new, hand made, custom fixed blade knife set: a classic Kwaiken and Kiridashi set. Made with premium, high performance Stainless Steel paired with handsome and rugged Micarta handle scales there is little in the way of cutting tasks that cannot be handled between these two timeless knife designs. This set comes with satin/tumble finished blades and Black Canvas Micarta handle scales.

Blades: Made from premium, high performance ELMAX Stainless Steel both blades are finished with a fine satin/stonewash finish. A high saber grind on the traditional Japanese style Tanto delivers good strength with excellent slicing performance. Tapering to a fine yet durable tip, the Tanto is capable of fine work and pierces with ease. If you need even more control switch to the Kiridashi, the downward angle of the blade makes it an amazing utility tool while the saber grind is durable for those tough tasks.

Handle: Both knives feature canvas Micarta handle scales attached over contrasting liners with hollow brass pins with a larger copper pin at the pommel for lanyard attachment. Each symmetrical handle tapers toward the pommel allowing for multiple grips while fitting securely in the hand. Concave transitions from handle to blade allow for a comfortable place for the thumb for added control. Signed on the spine.

Both knives carry via custom molded Kydex sheaths with Pull-the-Dot snap, scout carry beta loops.

Bohler Elmax: Elmax has become an extremely popular choice for high-end user grade knives thanks to its extreme edge retention. Elmax also has a good corrosion resistance, meaning most users can avoid corrosion (rust) by simply wiping off their blade after each use. Another great feature of this steel is its ability to resist burr formation during sharpening. Elmax has very similar performance to M390.
