The Blade: Chris chose the unique AEB-L stainless steel for this spear point construction. AEB-L is like a stainless 52100. It is known for its ability to take a very fine edge (originally developed for razor blades) with an extreme high level of corrosion resistance. Its primary carbides are very large giving it excellent toughness, edge retention and ease of sharpening. Chris hand rubbed this one and gave the edge a mirror polishing for a super clean look. It operates via a single bronze thumb stud and smooth ball bearings pivot system. 

The Handle: Full titanium frame design here with a bolster lock creating a sleek design. All the Ti is matte grey bead blasted complimenting the micarta onlays well. It has an extended bronzed Ti back spacer and a tip up single position pocket clip. The curvy ergo's of the frame rest quite comfortably in the palm.
