Shire Post Mint | Game of Thrones | Braavosi Iron Square Coin

Description from Shire Post Mint

Minted by the secretive Iron Bank this unique coin from the Free City of Braavos is minted in the square Braavosi style. The obverse depicts a helm of a Braavosi warrior, similar to the one worn by the Titan of Braavos. The reverse features an hourglass with open hands.

The inscribed High Valyrian text, "Āegio Tistālior gurotriri emilza", translates to: "The Iron Bank will have its due." The iron Square is a common small denomination coin that would be found in Braavos and occasionally circulated throughout Essos and Westeros.

Treated to look as if it has been handled and circulated, this process is done by hand, and it is both an art and a science, coloring and patinas will vary. No two are exactly the same.

Coins are struck one at a time in the USA using antique machinery and traditional coining techniques. A colorful description is included with history and facts about the coin.
