The Hochi is a Japanese-inspired Tanto with a rugged, modern build and precision fit and finish. This piece comes with a smoke finished CPM S30V Tanto blade, gray titanium liners, satin hardware, and polished blue G10 handle scales.

Blade: A Tanto blade of wire brushed and blasted "smoke" finished S30V delivers exceptional custom style. Deployment is smooth and snappy on the bearing pivot with ambidextrous operation via dual thumb studs. The Tanto profile blade offers solid performance with a strong, piercing tip and added utility in flat surface work.

Handle: Thick blasted titanium liners support fully contoured, polished G10 scales in a clean, open back construction. The streamlined design is ergonomic and visually appealing with a subtle index groove for a secure grip. The liner lock mechanism is smooth and solid with secure lockup. Includes custom cloth pouch, microfiber bag and signed information card.

CPM-S30V: A PM stainless steel developed specifically for use in knife blades, S30V has good wear resistance (edge retention) and corrosion resistance, better than 440C or 420HC. The powdered process refines the grain, improving performance for a balanced blade steel. Toughness is comparable to other PM stainless steels.
