The Blade: A thin, straight spine, full tang 1095 Tool Steel construction makes the Shrew plenty robust while the hollow grind delivers excellent slicing and a fine point for piercing and detail work. The blade sports a Darkened, acid washed and tumbled finish that hides wear well and adds a touch of corrosion resistance. 1095 is a carbon steel and will rust without proper maintenance.

The Handle: The layered Gray & Black G10 scales are contoured and fluted with a significant taper toward the pommel and prominent index finger cutout that locks the knife into the hand. The Shrew offers a full, four-finger grip, something you don't usually find on a compact neck knife.The installed paracord lanyard extends the handle and gives a solid anchor for drawing the knife for use. Hollow brass pins secure the scales to the full tang of the blade.

The Sheath: Includes a Black and Gray Kydex sheath with paracord lanyard set up for neck carry.
