Blade: A broad Tanto blade comes with a matte gray titanium nitride PVD coating for discreet use and enhanced corrosion resistance for the cryo treated D2 tools steel. A full flat grind provides optimal slicing while the Tanto point gives added strength in piercing and utility for flat surface work. Ambidextrous assisted thumb Stud opening is fast and decisive with smooth bearing pivot operation. A spine safety prevents unintentional deployment.

Handle: Supported by solid stainless steel liners the durable, lightweight, and weather resistant GRN scales have high traction dot texture for a sure grip. The ambidextrous AT XR Lock is easy and intuitive to operate, capable of withstanding 1500 pounds of force for reliably secure lock up for safe use. An exposed loop extending from the back spacer allows for lanyard attachment.

Carries via a reversible, stainless steel deep carry clip.

D2 Tool Steel: Used as a die cutting steel since WW II, D2 offers a good combination of hardness and wear resistance with moderate toughness and stain resistance. High chromium content for a tool steel (10-13%) gives D2 better corrosion resistance than most high carbon steels.
