Blade: Premium, American CPM-S35VN stainless steel is finished with a durable, black, poly-ceramic Cerakote coating which offers increased corrosion resistance and a discrete, non-reflective look. A drop point swedge and high saber grind deliver good toughness with powerful piercing and slicing performance further enhanced by the recurve profile. Coil spring powered automatic deployment delivers access to the blade with lightening speed at a touch of the button.

Handle: Beefy stainless steel liners support black Linen Micarta handle scales for a comfortable grip that offers traction even when wet. A classic, coffin-shaped handle provides a secure grip with a simple yet robust button lock mechanism for solid lockup and safety in use. The subtle dual guard has jimping to prevent unintentional contact with the cutting edge. A slide safety on the opposite side prevents unintentional deployment while carrying yet allows for fast deployment when needed. A full length black GRN back spacer protects the blade in the closed position with black Torx hardware rounding out the construction. At the pommel a generous hole is provided for lanyard attachment.

CPM S35VN: was designed to offer improved toughness over CPM S30V. It is also easier to machine and polish than CPM S30V and the adjusted chemistry makes CPM S35VN about 15-20% tougher than CPM S30V without any loss of wear resistance. CPM S35VN’s improved toughness gives it better resistance to edge chipping.
