Blade: Finished is a stylish yet functional black TiNi PVD coating, the robust Bowie blade is discretely noneffective for use. Made from AUS-8 stainless steel, the blade is over 6.5 mm thick for exceptional durability and chopping power while the deep hollow ground edge and clip point deliver powerful slicing and piercing ability. A generous ricasso allows for a close grip for controlled work and unimpeded sharpening.

Handle: Both the dual guard and pommel end are stainless steel with a matching black TiNi coating giving the knife a well-balanced feel in the hand and a striking look paired with the stacked leather handle. Through tang construction is durable while offering a clean look and protection against the elements. Contoured for comfort, the leather handles have finger grooves for added security in the grip. A hole in the stainless steel pommel end allows for lanyard attachment.

Carries via a black leather belt sheath with snap retention, utility pouch and sharpening stone.

Japanese AUS-8A Stainless Steel: a low carbon, high chromium stainless steel offers excellent balance of performance: it has good toughness, corrosion resistance and sharpening response with similar edge retention to 440C.
