Dual thumb studs make the Trident AT fully ambidextrous while the integrated line cutter and glass breaker make it a versatile emergency rescue tool. Lightweight, weatherproof, high traction GRN scales offer a secure grip while the intuitive spine safety offers added security in carry while being fast to deploy. Blade: An iconic clip point profile D2 blade sports a nearly full flat grind for aggressive slicing and piercing potential while retaining good durability. Cryo treated for optimal performance, the blade is finished with a non-reflective Titanium Nitride coating for discreet use and enhanced corrosion resistance. Deployment is fast, smooth and decisive thanks to the ambidextrous Assisted Thumb Stud deployment while jimping on the spine enhances control in use.

Handle: Durable, lightweight and weather resistant, the ergonomic GRN handle scales are molded with a high-grip texture and supported by stainless steel liners for solid rigidity. Innovative and ambidextrous the Assisted Technology (AT) XR Lock is easy and intuitive to operate and is able to withstand 1500 pounds of force for reliable, secure lock up and safety during heavy use. A spine mounted safety offers additional security and can be utilized without changing your natural grip. The streamline design is comfortable for carry as well as in use with a neutral design and index finger groove for a solid grip during use. A partial stainless steel back spacer extends from the pommel for use as an impact tool and lanyard attachment point.

D2 Tool Steel: D2 is a cold work tool steel that has been used as a die cutting steel since WW II. With a high chromium content for a tool steel (10-13%) D2 offers greater corrosion resistance than most high carbon steels. With a good combination of toughness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance D2 is a well-balanced, all around knife steel.
