Blade: A classic, straight spine blade is made from CTS-XHP with a top swedge and high saber grind for balanced performance and durability. The slim blade has a tumbled finish that hides wear from use and just under 3 inches of cutting edge to handle your daily cutting tasks with ease. Spartan's Oil Infused Bronze Bushing System or OIBBS are specialized sintered bronze bushings specifically suited for folding knives that offer fast and smooth deployment via the dual thumb studs. Jimping on the thumb ramp offers added traction.

Handle: Coarse G10 handle scales are lightweight, tough and impervious to the elements offering exceptional traction in adverse conditions. The slim, ergonomic handle design carries well delivering a secure, comfortable grip for extended use. A stainless steel liner lock mechanism provides smooth operation and rock solid lockup. An open back construction makes for easy cleaning and maintenance with a hole provided for lanyard attachment.

CTS-XHP: An ultra-high-carbon 'stainless' steel that was developed to combine the corrosion resistance of 440C and wear resistance of D2. With good wear resistance and the ability to attain a high hardness, CTS XHP has edge retention somewhere between S30V and ZDP 189. An excellent choice for any knife that is going to see a lot of use.
