This version features a striking Chad Nichols Stainless Wavepool Damascus blade with an amazing engraved handle: A highly detailed, blue anodized "Spartan Shield" engraving surrounding an inset jewel . This collaborative effort features Bill Harsey's signature styling combined with premium materials and Spartan's precision fit & finish. Blade: Traditional drop point style stainless Damascus steel blade has dual anodized titanium thumb studs making opening from either side a breeze. Bronze washers construction at pivot delivers smooth opening and closing of the blade. Jimping along the thumb ramp adds traction for serious use. The Nichols Stainless Damascus blade is visually appealing while offering modern performance in this custom tactical folder.

Handle:  Ergonomic handles have been constructed from 6AL4V titanium and satin finished with blue anodized edges. The show side has an engraved Spartan warrior with inset Jewel shield centered within a detailed, circular Greek motif, anodized blue, along with a satin finished, Spartan engraved clip insert. The reverse side is engraved "With your shield or on it.". Satin finished titanium barrel spacers, hardware and oversize pivot bring the two pieces together. The back titanium slab forms an integral frame lock mechanism for reliable lock-up in hard use conditions with internal lock-bar stabilizer.
