The flat ground 3Cr13 stainless steel blade comes with razor plain edge for clean slicing. A large lanyard hole at the pommel end can be threaded with a chain and worn around the neck or slipped onto a keychain. The Bug is the smallest folder in the lineup. This version comes with a black oxide finish on both blade and handle.

Blade: A straight spine blade with just over an inch of plain cutting edge is flat ground and razor sharp. Black oxide coating on the blade is discretely non-reflective and offers enhanced corrosion resistance. A 5 mm RoundHole provides easy operation on the slip joint mechanism.

Handle: The precision machined stainless steel handle slabs and back spring are seamlessly pinned together for a simple, robust and easy to maintain construction. The slip joint design offers secure, non-locking operation much like a traditional folder. A generous lanyard hole allows for neck or keychain carry. The handle has a matching black oxide finish with engraved Spyderco 'bug' logo.

This knife has no clip. Carries well in the pocket or on a key ring.
