Spyderco's Delica has been a cornerstone of their everyday carry line since its introduction in 1990. The 4th Generation of the Delica was upgraded with a 13 mm RoundHole, spine jimping, reinforced blade tip and a four-position screw on clip. This stainless steel version comes with a partially serrated edge, saber ground, VG10 drop point blade.

Blade: The modified drop point comes with just over 2.5 inches of razor sharp cutting edge and stunning satin finish. A section of serrations makes short work of tough work for added utility. The saber grind provides good slicing performance with solid durability and a strong point for heavy piercing tasks. The ambidextrous Round Hole opener makes for smooth, easy, one hand operation while a jimped thumb ramp provides added control in use.

Handle: Solid stainless steel handles are durable and low maintenance with contoured edges and an ergonomic design that delivers comfort in the hand with a slim carry profile and very fast draw from the pocket. A sturdy mid-back lock design is easy to operate and comes with the Boye Dent adding safety against accidental disengagement of the lock when gripping the handle with heavy pressure.

Carries via a 4-position, stainless steel hourglass pocket clip.

VG10: Japanese Takefu VG10 is a high-carbon stainless steel that takes a fine edge and holds it well. Often hardened to 60-61 HRC in high-end kitchen knives, edge retention and toughness are on par with 440C with better corrosion resistance. A solid choice for small pocket knives, an acute, high polished edge delivers optimal slicing performance.
