The lightweight Persistence retains the same functional, ergonomic design and reliable liner lock construction. This version comes with black FRN scales and a black oxide coated, plain edge blade.

Blade: At just under 3-inches the flat ground leaf shaped blade is legal to carry in most areas while delivering enough cutting edge for a variety of daily cutting tasks. Black oxide coating on the blade is non-reflective for discreet use. The Round Hole offers smooth, ambidextrous one hand deployment on the durable phosphor bronze washers while the jimped thumb ramp delivers traction for added control and leverage in use.

Handle: Dual skeletonized black stainless-steel liners support durable, weather resistant fiberglass reinforced nylon (FRN) scales in an easy to clean, open back construction. Molded bidirectional texturing give the FRN scales unparalleled traction in any conditions. The +4 inch handle length can accommodate most grips while being compact to carry. A jimped liner lock is easy to operation with solid, secure lockup.

8Cr13MoV: Similar to Japanese AUS-8, 8Cr13MoV is a low carbon, high chromium stainless steel with an excellent balance of toughness and strength. It offers good corrosion resistance and takes a razor sharp edge with ease. Edge holding is relatively low.
