Spyderco Roadie XL M398 Slipjoint

This Spyderco Roadie XL is a non-locking slipjoint folder that comes with black injection-molded handles and a satin M398 blade.

• Blade: Fully flat ground edge-retaining M398 stainless steel has a satin finish and a "double dent", "notched-joint" opening system. The double dimples in the blade are a nail-friendly way to two-hand open the knife.
• Handle: Lightly textured, but mostly smooth black FRN with Spyder logo house the blade and keep things light. 
• Carry: Reversible wire pocket clip for tip up, right or left hand travel.

The Spyderco Roadie XL

The Spyderco Roadie XL is the big brother to the original brought about by the tease of TSA possibly allowing folding knives on airplanes again. Its sheepsfoot blade is non-locking and operates much like any traditional slipjoint with a few surprises. Of course the small Round Hole is present, but what really helps you grasp the blade are two dimples toward the blade's tip. A textured index finger choil, injection-molded handles and notched-joint system create a modern interpretation of the classic design.
