This is a mid-sized folder with an ergonomically milled handle design for prolonged, fatigue-free cutting. The Tenacious is constructed with milled G10 handle scales, skeletonized steel liners and a flat ground, 8Cr13MoV stainless blade. A budget-friendly, hardworking everyday carry folder, the Tenacious is capable of handling some serious work. This version has a satin finished, partially serrated ComboEdge blade and black G10 scales.

Blade: Made from satin finished 8Cr13MoV, the broad, modified leaf shaped blade is delivered in a full flat grind for good slicing and piercing performance balanced with durability. An efficient "all edge" blade design provides just under 3.5 inches of cutting edge in the same length blade. The front half of the ComboEdge gives you clean slices while the back half is equipped with SpyderEdge serrations. SpyderEdge serrations deliver up to 24% more cutting surface than a plain edge and make short work of tough, fibrous materials. A 13 mm RoundHole provides easy ambidextrous deployment on a smooth, phosphor bronze washer pivot with excellent action. Jimping on the thumb ramp enhances safety and control during use.

Handle: Skeletonized stainless steel liners support G10 composite scales in a well-designed, mid-size handle that is comfortable and secure in the hand. An open back design makes cleaning and maintenance a breeze. One of the liners forms the Walker Liner Lock mechanism which delivers smooth, reliable operation and rock solid lock up. A handle cutout and jimping on the liner offers reliable purchase for operating the lock as well as added traction in the grip. A hole is provided for lanyard attachment.

8Cr13MoV: Similar to Japanese AUS-8, 8Cr13MoV is a low carbon, high chromium stainless steel with an excellent balance of toughness and strength. It offers good corrosion resistance and is capable of acquiring a razor sharp edge. Edge holding is similar to 440B. Sharpening should be a breeze.
