The Spyderco Kitchen Knife Series has been resurrected for 2014 including their original MBS-26 blade steel. This Spyderco 6" Utility Knife features a thin, flat ground and fully two-step serrated edge MBS-26 stainless blade. The steel was chosen specifically by Spyderco for kitchen use as it has proven edge retention, sharpness and excellent cutting performance. The Spyderco two-step serrations provide the longest serration in the middle of the row which helps to prevent dulling of the shorter areas.
