The Strider SMF is a full-sized tactical folder that is ready to dish out some unstoppable cutting performance. The SMF has visual appeal while still retaining the battle tested design that defines the SMF platform. This version comes equipped with a Stonewashed finish, CTS-XHP blade, a Grooved, black hard anodized Aluminum handle scale and integral backspacer with flame anodized titanium frame lock.

Blade: With a thick CTS-XHP blade, there's not much the SMF can't handle. This model comes with a standard flat ground spear point blade which has been heavily stonewashed, great for hiding everyday wear and tear. These feature a deep jimping on the top of the blade ensuring a secure grip during use. Each knife comes with a hair popping edge and is ready to go out of the package.

Handle: The front of the handle is made from strong, lightweight aircraft grade aluminum with an integral backspacer for added strength. Grooved milling on the scale adds texture and the whole piece is hard anodized black for a hard wearing and discreet finish.The reverse side is a flat titanium frame lock that delivers rock solid lock up with a stylish bead blasted and flame anodized finish. This SMF is finished out with a matching titanium pocket clip, black over travel stop and oversize Torx hardware.

CTS-XHP: An ultra-high-carbon stainless steel that combines the exceptional corrosion resistance of 440C and wear resistance similar to D2. Thanks to the unique composition and its ability to attain a high hardness, CTS XHP has edge retention somewhere between S30V and ZDP 189. An excellent choice for any knife that is going to see a lot of use.
