The WP model by Strider Knives is a compact, lightweight fixed blade option that you can strap to your pack or person and hardly notice until you need it. These are all hand ground from Hitachi ATS-34 and Black coated featuring a Green Paracord wrapped handle. The same Strider bite in a smaller, more concealable package.

Blade: The utilitarian spear point profile delivers excellent slicing and piercing performance thanks to the hand ground hollow grind and prominent upper swedge. The +¹⁄₄" thick, full tang blade delivers durability for reliability during serious hard use while the Black coating leaves the WP discreetly non-reflective and enhances corrosion resistance. The Strider logos/steel type are stamped into the front and back of the blade.

Handle: Green Paracord wrapped handle fills the hand nicely and provides a lanyard extension off the bottom. It will hold up well in the elements and is easily replaceable.

Sheath: Carries via a molded Kydex sheath with Velcro loop for attachment.

ATS-34: ATS-34 is the Japanese analogue to CPM-154, a particle metallurgy version of 154CM that benefits from the refinement in the PM process providing it with an increase in toughness and easy of finishing. ATS-34 takes a very fine edge and is highly corrosion resistant. Edge retention is going to be on-par with CPM S30V while being easier to resharpen. A great all-around blade steel.
