Details

The Tactile Knife Co. Bexar takes inspiration from traditional slip joint jack knives and delivers a modern, precision made folding knife that carries like a dream. Solid titanium handle scales have milled texture and house the blade and back spring in a lightweight and slim sub-7 mm thick package. A classic clip point comes in the contemporary CPM-Magnacut for optimally balanced performance. For top end performance in a non-locking, two-hand open blade the Bexar is a winning choice.

Brand new, direct from Tactile Knife Co.

Blade: Made from stonewashed CPM-Magnacut the clip point blade opens with snappy slip joint action via the milled fullers on the blade with a solid half stop for safety. A high saber grind pairs with the thin stock for excellent cutting performance with solid durability.

Handle: Milled texture and chamfered edges make the slim titanium handle comfortable and secure for use. The solid back spring provides plenty of tension for safety while be smooth and easy to operate. Custom titanium hardware completes the construction along with an inline lanyard making it an ideal candidate for slip sheath carry.

No clip.

CPM-Magnacut: Developed by metallurgist Larrin Thomas (Knife Steel Nerds) Magnacut is a powder metallurgy steel designed to deliver balanced high-performance with high hardness (up to 65 Rc), similar toughness to CPM-4V, and corrosion resistance better than M390, similar to LC200N. Sharpening is relatively easy, between CPM-154 and S35VN/S45VN. For an all around steel Magnacut is tough to beat.
