Details

Tidioute Cutlery #78 two-blade American Jack is built to perfection the way they used to be by Great Eastern Cutlery in the USA. It's a well-rounded medium-sized pocket knife featuring two working blades opening from the same bolster and some dark red jigged cattle bone handle scales.

The #78 2-Blade American Jack with Elderberry Jig Bone is brand new direct from the manufacturer.

The Blades: For heavy duty, the larger of the two is a traditional widely shaped spear point that comes to rest just above the smaller front cutter. Its counterpart is a handy pen blade perfect for opening envelopes or the like when a smaller blade will do just fine. Both are secured and opened from the same larger bolster closest to the shield with welcomed half-stops during the opening process. A classic satin finish and nail groove puller accent this high carbon American steel. It'll be easy to sharpen and patina.

The Handle: The pins and liners, or backbone, of the operation are built from brass while the bolsters and shield are made with traditional nickel silver. This genuine look and feel is all tied together with juicy Elderberry jigged bone which comes through as a dark red or maroon on most. Wide jig grooves add an excellent texture for secured cutting.

Each #78 American Jack comes rolled up in protective wax paper with cardboard shipping tube, labeled cap and company information on the front.
