Tidioute Cutlery #79 pattern with Stonewashed Blue Jig Bone handles by Great Eastern Cutlery. Also known as the WorkHorse pattern, this knife features two 1095 carbon steel blades which were satin finished. Marked "1 of 25" on the back of the primary blade. The handle is made of jigged bone with pinned Tidioute shield, nickel silver bolsters, brass liners and pins. The primary bolster has been engraved with knife's serial number. These come in a unique tube packaging with company information on the front. Limited Production Run.
