Trash Panda Knives is a collaborative project including custom knife makers Aaron Frederick, John W Smith and CJ Smith that offers extreme hard use knives that are built to use and take on whatever you can throw at them. The Chaos is a classic titanium frame lock folder with a clean and utilitarian design that begs to be used. Fit and finish is excellent and this version comes with a stonewashed CPM-154 drop point blade, blasted titanium frame and orange G10 front scale with Steve Kelly custom titanium thumb stud and barrel spacers.

Blade: Riding on phosphor bronze washers, the drop point blade of the Chaos deploys fast and smooth via the custom anodized titanium thumb stud from Steve Kelly. The drop point blade is made from beefy, stonewashed CPM-154 with a high height hollow grind and subtle top swedge offering a solid balance of durability and cutting performance. The blade is marked with the Trash Panda logo on the front, blade steel on the back and a small section of jimping on the thumb ramp for traction.

Handle: Handle construction is simple and robust with a thick slab of blasted titanium forming the frame lock side and a thinner titanium liner supporting the blasted and contoured Orange G10 handle scale that offers a solid and comfortable grip. The open back construction is completed with custom anodized titanium barrel spacers from Steve Kelly.

Carries via a single position, right hand, tip-up, blasted titanium pocket clip.

CPM-154: CPM-154 is a particle metallurgy version of 154CM that benefits from the refinement in the PM process providing it with an increase in toughness and easy of finishing. CPM-154 takes a very fine edge and is highly corrosion resistant. Edge retention is going to be on-par with CPM S30V while being easier to resharpen. A great all-around blade steel.
