Zero Tolerance 0450CF Carbon Fiber Flipper

The ZT 0450CF is a modification of the ZT 0450, designed by Belarusian knife maker Dmitry Sinkevich. Slightly larger than it's predecessor, the 0450CF still comes in at a Sub-3 oz. weight thanks to its attractive Carbon Fiber handle scale. In the office or in the field, this classy knife has the looks and ability to go anywhere you go. 

The Blade: Made from CPM S35VN for additional toughness, the modified drop-point blade has been DLC coated matte black. This fits well with the overall style of the knife as well as reducing reflectivity and enhancing the corrosion resistance of the blade. The knife deploys on the KVT Bearing Pivot System so it is ready to go when you need it.

The Handle: The titanium frame lock with hardened steel lock face insert is DLC coated matte black, fitting in with the low profile look of this knife. A Carbon Fiber scale helps keep this knife come in at less than 3 oz. and combined with the Bright Green Anodized, custom-machined aluminum tube spacers, makes it a gentleman's tactical folder. A black, reversible, tip-up pocket clip rounds out the features on the ZT 0450CF.

CPM S35VN: Stainless steel designed to offer improved toughness over CPM S30V. It is also easier to machine and polish and its chemistry helps to form some niobium carbides along with vanadium and chromium carbides. The addition of niobium carbides makes the steel about 15-20% tougher than CPM S30V without any loss of wear resistance.
