CRKT makes a wide variety of assisted opening knives. Designs for every day carry and tactical use feature the CRKT OutBurst assisted opening technology. Simply nudge the thumb stud on the assisted opening models and the outburst assist will spring the blade fully open and in a locked position. Many of the CRKT assisted opening models also feature fire safe actuation where the OutBurst assisted opening cannot be actuated until you firmly press on the fire safe button and nudge it.
