Shipping
We ship lightning fast with domestic packages usually reaching their location within 2-7 business days. Pretty much everything goes in a box with a healthy amount of packing to protect your investment. Shipping prices include full insurance, so if a package somehow doesn't make it, we have you covered. Under most circumstances we must wait a few extra days past the expected shipping date before we can file a claim. If your package doesn't arrive and has a status of delivered, please check around your house/porch/mailbox before contacting us. You might be surprised where they leave some packages these days.
Shipping Cutoff Times
We generally process orders within 24 hours of being received. Orders placed before Noon Central will be shipped the same day (Sundays and Federal Holidays excluded).
Gifts and Deadlines
Contact us if there is a deadline or if the product is needed by a certain date as a gift. All shipping timeframes are estimates. We receive a large number of calls for products which were needed within a certain timeframe, but the customer chose an inadequate method to meet those timeframes.
Lost or Stolen Package Claims
If you report a shipment as lost, stolen, or not received, we will open an investigation with the carrier. No refunds or replacement shipments can be processed until this investigation is complete.
If the carrier provides proof of delivery, the package will be considered stolen. In this case, you must file a police report and submit a copy to us before we can issue a refund. We do not offer replacements for stolen packages.
USA Shipping
Free Shipping
Our free shipping is extremely simple. Orders over $99 before tax and shipping within the 50 US States will ship for free using our choice of carrier and speed. We generally end up using USPS Ground Advantage, however some orders may be delivered via Fedex or UPS Ground for heavier packages. Sorry, no special carrier requests for this method. Should you require a specific carrier for delivery please select a paid option during checkout or contact us. Items returned will be credited back less a $10.00 fee for labor and shipping costs.
Standard Shipping
For orders under $99 we offer ground shipping start around $4.99. Heavier shipments may have a more expensive rate. These packages are generally shipped using USPS Ground Advantage, but may be delivered using Fedex or UPS Ground on some occasions. There are no special carrier requests for this method. Should you require a specific carrier for delivery please select a paid option during checkout or contact us for additional options.

Credit Cards
Generally speaking, all major credit cards are accepted. This includes American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. All purchases made via Credit Card are kept secure via 256 bit SSL encryption.
Sezzle & Payment Plans
We now offer Sezzle as an alternative payment method for customers wanting a payment plan for their purchases. This 0% financing option breaks your order into four scheduled payments. Please note, when using this method all financial issues must be handled directly with Sezzle. This includes late or missed payments. Items may still be returned using our standard return policy for 7 days following shipment.
Postal Money Orders
Due to abuse, we now require these types of orders to be called in. Further instructions will be relayed there. Please do not send money orders to us without contacting us to hold the item first. Payments can be sent to the address listed on our contact us page. We do not ship until payment is received.
Declines
They happen for a variety of reasons. Should payment not go through we will put our best detectives on the case, attempt to contact you via email/phone and solve the mystery. In most cases it is as simple as the billing address not matching the address on file with your credit card company or a temporary lack of funds. If we are unable to contact you for more than 48 hours the system cancels the order.

All orders must be placed using our website. This ensures that all billing, shipping and product information entered is correct. Should you have any problems checking out please contact us.
Backorders
Sometimes customers order knives which may be out of stock, or may have sold in our storefront before we could fulfill the order. When this happens we will backorder your product and send an email notifying you of the situation. If possible we will give a timeframe. Backorders can be cancelled anytime prior to the shipping process.
If your order contains more than one item you will be given the option of shipping the in stock items seperately with an additional shipping fee.
Sorry about this, but the shipping carriers don't cut us any special breaks.
Pre-Orders
As a courtesy we sometimes offer pre-orders for hot new models. Pre-orders are never charged until the item is in our physical storefront, ready to ship. We ship on a first-come first-served basis by order time, with a "processing" email sent shortly before we charge your card. Sorry, but we cannot allow returns on pre-order items. In the past, there have been offenders placing orders for the latest and greatest, sending pics to friends, and then sending them back for refunds. This isn't cool as we usually have other customers who really want the product.
We make every effort to only take pre-orders we can fulfill in a timely fashion, but occassionally there may be shortages or delays from the manufacturer. This happens for a variety of reasons:
- Some models are made in "batches" or "waves" and then shipped to us.
- Delays in manufacturing lead to increased demand for the product, meaning the maker cannot keep up.
- The manufacturer accepted too many orders for a product, and then allocated us "part" of our order.
In virtually every case we are at the mercy of the manufacturer for our shipment. If you would like to help us out here, it would be much appreciated. Call or email the manufacturer, tell them how much you love GPKNIVES, and let them know you are waiting on their product.
Automatic Knives
During checkout there is a checkbox agreement to show you are in compliance with the Federal Switchblade Act when purchasing an automatic knife. By clicking this box below you are indictating that you truthfully agree to your status as one of the exemptions listed below in compliance with Federal Law. We will not ship orders to customers ordering automatic knives which are not in compliance with this statute.
U.S. Federal law prohibits shipment of automatic knives across state lines, with the following exceptions:
- (1) to civilian or Armed Forces supply or procurement officers and employees of the Federal Government ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of the Federal Government;
- (2) to supply or procurement officers of the National Guard, the Air National guard, or militia of a state, territory or the District of Columbia ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in the connection with the activities of such organization;
- (3) to supply or procurement officers or employees of the municipal government of the District of Columbia or the government of any State or Territory, or any county, city or other political subdivision of a State or Territory;
- (4) to manufacturers of such knives or bona fide dealers therein in connection with any shipment made pursuant of an order from any person designated in paragraphs (1), (2), and (3).
Additional laws and restrictions may apply to your location. Please be aware it is the responsibility of the purchaser, not GPKNIVES LLC to check all local regulations before purchase of an automatic knife.

Being factory direct with virtually every brand we carry allows us to stock a wide variety of products and pass the discounts we receive onto you. Although we try extremely hard to provide a reasonable upfront price on the products we carry, occassionally you may find a better price on a competing website. Should you find a lower price elsewhere, please contact us before purchasing.

Identical Product
The product must be identical to the product listed on our website. This includes and is not limited to the product SKU, Color, Options and Condition. Item listed must be in current production through the manufacturer. We do not match price on rare, one of a kind, handmade or discontinued items.
In Stock
Product must be physically in stock at the competing retailer. We do not match price on items which are listed as coming soon or out of stock. Similarly, we only match prices against direct competitors. This means no third parties, drop shippers, auction sites or fly by night operations.
Delivered Price
We only match price against the total, delivered price of our competitor. This includes the price of the item, shipping and any applicable tax.

Please Note: Although we will try our best to match or beat any listed price, there may be situations that arise where we simply cannot.
