The Lil' Sub-Hilt folder from Spyderco Knives is a smaller, more pocket friendly version of the popular full sized Vallotton collaboration. The craftsmanship and custom stylings of the original Sub-Hilt remain.

The Blade: Absolutely gorgeous stylings and grindings on this modified tanto. Its main bevels are hollow ground for insane sharpness paired with flat ground tip bevels creating a well balanced blade with increasing strength toward the tip. Fully machine satin finished with humped Trademark Round Hole opener plus Vallotton's signature thumb studs/stop pins for a truly one-hand ambidextrous opening experience. The blade moves along its pivot smoothly on thick, bronze washers ensuring a well-guided true opening/closing operation. 

The Handle: Solid full length stainless steel liners have a weight reducing skeletonized interior creating the foundation of this solid structure. Thick black G-10 scales and bolster inserts are contoured, polished and absolutely stunning to behold. The sub-hilt style features custom fittings and brushed steel all secured via Torx construction. A handle matching G-10 backspacer with steady liner locking mechanism complete construction.

The Lil' Sub-Hilt model comes complete with a 4-position black pocket clip for left or right tip up or down carry.
