Zero Tolerance 0801TI Rexford Titanium S35VN Flipper

Todd Rexford's beloved 0801 design is getting a reboot with upgraded blade steel and machining on the handle for an improvement on a Zero Tolerance favorite you won't want to pass up. This is a manual opening flipper with the KVT ball-bearings pivot system and premium CPM S35VN blade steel.

The Blade: Familiar modified spear point blade crafted from updated S35VN stainless steel and given a fully stonewashed finish. 3.5 inches of utility cutting power on the 0801TI for every day cutting tasks to reliable tactical situations. It deploys via a notched integral flipper tab smoothly and efficiently as it glides on the famous KVT ball-bearings pivot system. The blade steel should have improved edge retention and wear resistance over its predecessor.

The Handle: Two tough slabs of titanium were given a matte grey bead-blasted finish prior to a 3D machining process that lightens the knife and adds a more comfortable grip. A pattern of five cutouts adorn the front of the handle with additional machine lines near the outer contoured edges increase grip and comfort all the way around. A titanium frame lock bar provides the security while cutting and includes a hardened steel lockbar insert for smooth lock operation. Black hardware and spacers along with a black reversible deep carry clip for tip up right/left hand use complete the package.
