Why Choose a 16340
A 16340, also called an RCR123A, is the rechargeable answer to the CR123A. It shares the same compact size and drives the high output that tactical and EDC flashlights ask for, but instead of replacing it after one use, you recharge it again and again. Check Your Light First
The difference that matters is voltage. A 16340 runs at a higher voltage than the 3-volt CR123A it replaces, and not every light rated for CR123A will accept it, so confirm your flashlight lists 16340 or RCR123A support before swapping.
