The A6 Midi from A2 Knives is a middle-sized folder and comes in slightly smaller than the full-sized A6 model. At home in your jeans or a suit, the A6 Midi makes a great EDC option while also acting as an upscale tactical folder. This one comes out swinging with an M390 blade, marbled carbon fiber scales and custom made zirconium pivot.
Knife is brand new, direct from the maker at the 2019 USN Gathering in Las Vegas.
The Blade: A full satin finish runs the length of this modified spear point blade with subtle jimping near the thumb rest for just the right amount of traction. Deployment is silky smooth thanks to ceramic IKBS bearings coupled with a strong blade detent.
The Handle: Marbled carbon fiber scales and a matching backspacer give the knife a clean elegant look. They cover thick titanium liners which have been anodized blue with everything held in place via titanium hardware. A custom zirconium pivot and collar are also present alongside a satin titanium clip.
