Blade: The tank-like, +4 mm thick, CPM-3V blade is executed in a classic drop point with a rugged stonewashed finish to hide wear from use. A high hollow grind and top swedge deliver good slicing and piercing performance while retaining plenty of strength for hard use. Ceramic bearings in the pivot and detent offer smooth, reliable operation and fast flipper deployment.

Handle: Built on a titanium frame lock, this piece is connected via bronze anodized Steve Kelley Custom Titanium pivot and barrel spacer hardware which matches the rest of the titanium on this ergonomic handle. A titanium liner supports a titanium bolster and Green Linen Micarta scale on the front while the back is a robust titanium frame lock with milled grooves for traction. As with the rest of the design, the handles are simple, functional and perfectly executed.

CPM-3V: is a high carbon alloy steel that extremely tough and has enough chromium to have some corrosion resistance. However, care is required to prevent corrosion. The edge can be ground thin as it is tough enough to support a fine edge. 3V delivers the highest level of toughness while maintaining good edge retention.
