As the name implies the Adler Yankee Axe is an American-style felling axe with a 3.5 pound, C45 carbon steel head and 31.5 inch American Hickory wood handle that deliver powerful performance and ergonomics for felling and limbing medium to large trees. A broad and straight profile provide a bit that is both accurate and efficient in use. The head is held securely in place via dual circular wedges for even pressure distribution while the handle is partially painted with high traction, non-slip paint for a secure grip during long and strenuous work. Each axe comes with a snap leather edge cover for safe transport.
