The Alan Folts Custom Bird & Trout knife is a study in functional minimalism and captures the essence of this type of knife. The blade is long and slim for powerful cutting performance while the handle is ergonomic and optimized for fine control of the blade. This piece is made with a polished ATS-34 blade and bolstered black G10 handle scales.

Blade: The sleek Bird & Trout blade is polished for performance and style with a nearly full length swedge that gently tapers to a fine piercing point. The nearly full height hollow grind provides powerful slicing performance and plenty of edge for long cuts. This blade excels at fine controlled work while being robust enough for heavier work.

Handle: The slim, tapered handle provides a solid three finger grip while the wedge shaped pommel end rest comfortably on the pinkey allowing for exceptional control of the slender blade. Smooth and contoured matte black G10 handle scales are attached via Torx screw hardware and fit flush with the "Old School Bus" bolsters.

Sheath: Includes a custom leather belt sheath for belt carry.

ATS-34: The Japanese version of 154CM, ATS-34 is an improved version of 440C with added molybdenum offering improved corrosion resistance and edge retention, as well as a higher level wear resistance.
