• Blue Kirinite Handle — Kirinite is a hard, glossy acrylic, and this blue version swirls white and dark blue into a deep, glassy surface. The color runs all the way through the material and stands up to water and steady daily use without dulling.
• Three Finger Choils for Control — Three deep finger grooves cut into the full-tang frame line up your grip and hold the knife steady through fine, close-in cutting. The choils are the heart of the Minimalist design and put real control in a compact package.
