The Blade: The utilitarian drop point blade is made from CPM-154 and comes in at just over 3/16" thick with a shallow hollow grind that slices well while still being robust enough for hard use tasks. There is a small ramp with jimping for the thumb and a full length swedge that terminates in a fine yet robust point. A lightly tumbled, acid etched finish gives the knife a subdued look and hides wear well. A strong detent gives the Spartan decisive deployment via the index flipper and ball bearing pivot. 

The Handle: The utilitarian construction belies a subtle elegance in the flowing lines and contours of the ergonomic titanium handles. The handle scales have a matching acid etched and tumbled finish as do the titanium backspacer and 3D machined ti pocket clip (right hand, tip-up) with integrated lanyard hole. One side of the handle forms an integral frame lock for secure use of the knife with milled scallops for ease of operation.
