The Katanamalist is a larger, tactical interpretation of the Minimalist design with a larger, more powerful Tanto blade. This version comes with a black coated CPM-154 blade and layered Coyote tan/black G10 handles.

Blade: Larger than the standard Minimalist, the Katanamalist is a more tactical option with a +3.5 inch Hissatsu-style Tanto blade. The forward edge is flat ground for durability with a spine swedge tapering the blade to a powerful piercing point while the primary edge is hollow ground for powerful slicing. The blade meets the handle to form an integral guard for added safety. Black coated CPM-154 delivers balanced performance in a discreetly non-reflective finish.

Handle: Supported by the full tang, dual contoured and blasted G10 scales are attached with Torx screws and delivered in the trademark trio of deep finger grooves for unmatched security in the grip. Finger grooves, jimped thumb ramp and attached paracord lanyard create a grip that becomes an extension of the hand and is secure in the heaviest of use.

Sheath: Includes a custom molded Kydex sheath, paracord neck lanyard, cord lock, bolt-on belt hook and leather belt loop for carry.

CPM-154: A particle metallurgy (PM) version of Crucible 154CM that benefits from the refinement in the PM process. A great all-around blade steel, CPM-154 has D2 level edge retention, AEB-L level corrosion resistance and comparable toughness to other PM stainless steels with ease of sharpening/finishing.
