Benchmade 380 Aller S30V Wharncliffe Travel Friction Folder Multitool

Designed by French knife makers Patrick Famin and Eric Demongivert the Benchmade Aller was is a multifunctional tool designed specifically with travel in mind with 6 tools in a compact, sub-2 oz. package. On top of the premium S30V Wharncliffe blade the Aller is equipped with a bottle opener, screwdriver/pry tip and micro bit slot along with a pocket clip that doubles as a money clip. Slim and easy to carry, the Aller punches well above its weight.

Blade: The friction folder blade of the Aller opens in the traditional fashion via an extended blade tang. The Wharncliffe style blade is saber ground for durability while still being thin enough to slice exceptionally well. Equipped with a satin finish, the Aller blade is classy and functional.

Handle: The handles are made with durable black G10 with milled traction grooves and contrasting blue liners. The slim handle is surprisingly comfortable in the hand and designed with secure operation in mind with the index cutout place so the blade cannot close on you. The backspacer includes multiple tools for added functionality while the blue pivot collar and clip standoffs offer a touch of style. A generous hole is provided for lanyard attachment.

Carries via a removable, reversible (tip-up) pocket clip designed to function as a money clip as well.

CPM-S30V: A martensitic, powdered stainless steel with high levels of wear and corrosion resistance. Its chemistry promotes the formation and even distribution of vanadium carbides, which are harder and more effective at cutting than chromium carbides. This gives it a very refined grain, further improving the sharpness and toughness. S30V is a great, all around steel with high levels of performance.
