The Blade: Premium, Loki Pattern Damasteel offers the beauty of a traditional pattern welded steel with a unique pattern paired with the cutting performance and ease of maintenance of a modern stainless steel. The blade opens via dual thumbstuds, custom anodized a bright, sapphire blue. Not wanting to sacrifice functionality for style, Benchmade made the Foray with a utilitarian drop point blade with a subtle recurve and long upper swedge that offer great functional performance.

The Handle: Smooth, contoured Marbled Carbon Fiber scales are attached to black DLC Coated stainless steel liners. The scales are highly ergonomic and highlight the beautiful Mother of Pearl inlay. Other highlights of the Foray are sapphire blue anodized barrel spacer construction and a large, custom style pivot and reversible, deep carry, stainless steel pocket clip and Torx hardware all with matching black DLC Coating. The Foray has Benchmade's AXIS lock for solid, secure operation and truly ambidextrous functionality.

About Damasteel: A high hardness, high corrosion resistant steel that combines two martensitic stainless steels - RWL34 and PMC27 - in unique patterns that, when etched, create the designs seen in the blade.
