French custom knife maker Patrick Famin (Benchmade Aller) is back for another collaboration with Benchmade in the 385 Dualist. Based on Famin's custom design, the Dualist is a liner lock flipper that can be deployed via a standard flipper tab or a front flipper tab. Paired with the custom design you will find premium materials make this an excellent option for daily carry users and collectors alike. The 385 Dualist comes with a satin finished, CPM-20CV blade and Double Red Micarta handle scales.

Blade: Satin finished, high performance, American CPM-20CV is executed in a drop point profile with deep thumb scoop giving it a harpoon style look. A high saber grind offers durability with good slicing and piercing performance while thrust bearing washers deliver smooth, fast flipper deployment via either index or top flipper tabs.

Handle: Stainless steel liners house the blade support the Double Red Micarta scales which have a warm, organic look and feel contrasting nicely with the satin blade and hardware. One liner forms the locking mechanism which is smooth to operate, providing reliable security and rock solid lockup.

CPM 20CV: CPM 20CV is a highly wear-resistant, powder metallurgy stainless steel, analogous to Bohler M390 and CTS-204P, and offers some of the best corrosion resistance and wear resistance in combination with a relative ease of sharpening. These properties along with a working hardness in the low 60s HRC make 20CV a prime choice among custom and production makers.
