Part of the Hunt Line “Field To Table” series, the Benchmade Meatcrafter and is a purpose driven slicing knife that is at home skinning, boning, slicing and even filleting fish. If slicing is the task, then the tip-to-heel belly of the trailing point Meatcrafter will get the job done, especially with the razor sharp 14-degree SelectEdge. This version comes with a stonewashed CPM-S45VN blade and OD Green G10 handle scales.

Blade: The flat ground trailing point is an exceptional slicer as well as having a refined tip for piercing and detail work. Designed for use in the kitchen and the field, this knife makes a solid slicer or boning knife for food prep after pulling duty skinning and field dressing. Equipped with Benchmade's 14-degree SelectEdge the S45VN blade provides a fine, smooth edge to trim, debone, and slice while being easier to hone after use. Engineered blade flex makes this a great choice for fillet use, while the stonewashed finish hides wear while looking great.

Handle: The full tang construction supports contoured, hand filling G10 handle scales. A palm swell, pronounced guard and bird's beak pommel provide added safety with a taper toward the blade that allows for multiple grip positions. G10 composite is rugged, lightweight, and resistant to the elements.

Sheath: Carries via an orange Boltaron polymer sheath.
