The Blade: High performance N690 stainless steel creates the full tang construction. It will hold a good, sharp edge and be relatively easy to re-sharpen. Its shape is a classic spear point with a slight upper swedge and aggressive high hollow grind. The straight plain edge comes quite sharp from the factory and ready to work. A media finish with light polish creates a clean look that will hide use. Its size will lend itself well to camping chores, hunting or as a daily user. 

The Handle: Handsome OD green canvas micarta slabs have been pinned and contoured to the steel. They're comfortable and will offer a solid grip in any weather. There is a small choil just prior to the cutting edge with a subtle guard behind it enabling a solid grip. It flows well all the way to the tapered end with lanyard tube. 

The Cub ships in a dark brown leather quiver belt sheath for carry.
