Jesper Voxnæs is a master of both indoor and outdoor cutting tools and the handsome Field Butcher from Boker Germany just may be the best combination to date. This versatile fixed blade will rock your kitchen as much as your camp site.
Brand new item direct from Boker Knives.
The Blade: This big, sweeping Santoku-ish looking shape will chop for days with edge-retaining Bohler N690 stainless steel. Its highly corrosion-resistant properties will come in handy inside and out. The user has over five inches of razor sharp cutting edge to work with on this model, fully stonewashed to hide the wear and tear. Welcomed jimping on the spine will aid in control of cuts and the modified tanto point will pierce through any rubish that gets in the way.
The Handle: Carefully contoured and brushed green canvas micarta handle scales are the best option for what the Butcher can do. They have an excellent palm swell in the middle and will cooperate with you even when wet. An extended pommel is present that comes right to a point at the end for knocking or bashing any interference. A large hollow pin near the end is perfect for personalizing with your choice of lanyard.
The Field Butcher ships with a genuine black leather belt sheath for transport.
