The Boker Plus A2 comes from a design collaboration between fellow South Africans Andre Van Heerden and Andre Thorburn. The two Andres have come up with an interesting design that opens with a thumb or finger roll across the front positioned flipper. This cool design also has blue liners and milled G10 backspacer, handle scales and pocket clip.
The blade: The drop point blade is made from thick stock with jimping on the thumb rest that doubles as a flipper. Fabricated from VG-10, with a hollow grind and fine horizontal satin finish on the blade enhances the look of the knife.
The Handle: The blue-anodized titanium liners keep the weight down and provide the strength in the knife. Textured 3D milled G10 scales and pocket reveal a striking look and comfortable feel in the hand. The special front flipper facilitates fast and convenient deployment, which is further enhanced with the IKBS ball-bearing. This well balanced design will attract those who enjoy gentlemen's knives along with tactical knives.
