The Boker Plus BB designed by maker Jesper Voxnæs is a modern take on the classic slipjoint folder. It's tough, well-crafted and built to tackle more than every day chores.
The Blade: Premium VG-10 blade steel was chosen for the BB for its ability to take a crazy sharp edge and ease of re-sharpening. It's rather thick for a slipjoint flat ground into a clip-style for all-around utility. A single nail groove pull opener operates the slicer built onto a mighty strong steel backspring. There is a half stop along the way with an audible "thwack" when fully opened ready for use. A handsome horizontal satin finish adds a custom touch to the BB.
The Handle: The frame is entirely crafted from bead-blasted titanium providing a really strong, yet lightweight base. Contoured, lightly textured black G-10 scales are torx screwed to the titanium covering nearly 75% leaving the top exposed as integral bolsters. The grip is comfortable and should accommodate hands of all sizes. A convenient lanyard hole is drilled at the very end. All titanium hardware was used here including the removable tip down carry pocket clip.
The BB is a tough slipjoint in a small tank package.
