Boker has delivered a classic design with modern innovations for a practical cutting tool that appeals to a wide range of users and is ideal for daily carry and use. The short stainless steel bolsters are flush fit to the scales and stainless liners. The handle house a large clip point blade that rides on bearings for smooth operation with opening via a class nail nick or modern front flipper and secure liner locking for safe use. Blade: Timeless and utilitarian, the large clip point blade is fully flat ground from D2 tool steel for solid performance and edge retention with a classy satin finish. The blade rides on a ball bearing pivot for smooth operation with fast front flipper deployment or opening via the nail nick. Jimping on the flipper extends down the spine for traction in use.

Handle: Stainless steel liners support short stainless bolsters and subtly contoured Bubinga wood covers for a warm feel in hand and timeless style. This African hardwood has a great strength-to-weight ratio and weather resistance along with visually appealing grain making it ideal for use as handle material. At over 4.5 inches the handle offers an ample and secure grip for multiple tasks. One liner is cut to form the sturdy and reliable locking mechanism that is smooth in operation. Stainless hardware and partial back spacer round out the construction.

D2 Tool Steel: D2 is a cold work tool steel that has been used as a die cutting steel since WW II. D2 has a high chromium content for a tool steel (10-13%) which gives it greater corrosion resistance than most high carbon steels making it semi-stainless. D2 offers a good combination of toughness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance for a good all around knife steel.
