The Defender is another robust design collaboration from custom knife maker Boris Manasherov and Boker Knives offering the same great design as the Masada in a more compact and EDC friendly package. This is bowie-blade flipper is equipped with a tough D2 tool steel blade, ergonomic G10 handle scales and a ball bearings pivot system for fast deployment when the seconds count. Elegantly curving, the Defender is built tough for serious use but compact for ease of discreet carry.

The Blade: The clip point, Bowie blade is made from tough D2 tool steel for a long wearing edge. The blade sports a high height saber grind and prominent recurve that powers through the toughest materials. The slightly downward blade angle enhances power in slicing cuts increasing performance for both utility and defensive tasks. The blade deploys via the integral flipper tab or blade hole on a ball bearing pivot for lightening fast deployment.

The Handle: 3D machined black G10 handle scales are sculpted and contoured for optimal comfort and in-hand security. A generous index cutout pairs with the flipper tab guard for security during strenuous tasks. Full skeletonized stainless steel liners provide the foundation of the Masada and for the liner lock mechanism for smooth operation and solid lockup. A steel backspacer extends out the bottom as a striker pommel/lanyard attachment point and is outfitted with additional jimping for traction in the hand.

Carries via a reversible, deep carry stainless steel pocket clip set up for reversible tip-up only carry.
