Designed by German custom knife maker Raimund Lhotak, the Boker Plus Falcon delivers a solid, budget friendly double action out-the-front automatic knife with plenty of performance for the value. A great intro to the out-the-front framework, the Falcon OTF has a classic aluminum handled construction, top slide operation and recurve Tanto blade. This version comes with a satin finished D2 tool steel blade and black anodized aluminum handles.

Blade: Made from D2 tool steel, the hollow ground blade is delivered in striking and aggressive recurve Tanto profile. A Tanto point with forward swedge delivers powerful piercing performance and strength while a mid-height hollow grind paired with the recurve edge delivers assertive slicing capabilities. Double action automatic operation is fast, smooth and reliable: push the stepped slide up to deploy and back to retract.

Handle: Lightweight and durable, the aluminum handle has sculpted contours for comfort and bi-directional stepped milling on the sides for solid traction in the hand. Strategic jimping around the edges helps to prevent slippage while construction is completed with stainless Torx hardware.

Carries via a right hand, tip-down, stainless steel deep carry pocket clip.

D2 Tool Steel: D2 is a cold work tool steel that has been used as a die cutting steel since WW II. With a high chromium content for a tool steel (10-13%) D2 offers greater corrosion resistance than most high carbon steels. With a good combination of toughness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance D2 is a well-balanced, all around knife steel.
