Boker Plus Outdoorsman Fixed Knife Grey 02BO004

"Handy" is an excellent word to describe The Outdoorsman fixed blade by Boker Plus knives. It's simple, practical and tough enough to hang around camp. This would make an super starter or backup fixed blade to have in your gear.

It's brand new directly from Boker Knives.  

The Blade: This has full tang construction, so it has some nice heft and feels solid in your hand. A drop point style will be useful in almost any cutting chore offering right about 3.5 inches of cutting edge to work with. It's crafted from Swedish Sandvik steel which supplies exceptional toughness, good corrosion resistance and can be sharpened to a razor's edge with relative ease. The blade is accented with a short upper swedge grind and two tang holes for paracord attachment. It comes with a grey titanium carbonitride (TiCN) finish.

The Handle: An FRP polymer overmold is wrapped around the tang steel creating a soft, comfortable grip in any environment. It's grey/black two-toned look has grooves along the outer edges to even further promote a strong grip. The steel pommel protrudes from the bottom of the handle into kind of a flat head hammer as a useful backup. It has two corresponding holes also for paracord attachment.
