Details

The classic Boker 1906 design is more than a hundred years old yet the clean lines are still easy to appreciate today. No tooling, prototypes or design drawings remained of this knife so Boker redesigned the knife from scratch, guided by traditional methods throughout the whole production process. Sure to be a favorite for users as well as collectors this modified Barlow pattern is a timeless design.

Brand new, direct from Boker Knives.

Blade: The saber ground clip point blade of the 1906 is made from 440C which takes a fine finish and is highly corrosion resistant for easy maintenance for users and collectors alike. The blade has a generous nail nick for a timeless look and ease of opening.

Handle: The handles of the 1906 have clean, simple lines and are built with a classic construction: brass liners supporting rich Ebony Wood covers and polished nickel silver bolsters with steel pins and the "Tree Brand" shield. The stainless steel mid-back lock is solid and smooth to operate.

The 1906 does not include a pocket clip.

440C Stainless Steel: Overshadowed by modern, high vanadium steels, 440C is the highest carbon stainless steel of the 440 series. It is a very good blade steel having excellent corrosion resistance enhanced by its high polishability. 440C has good hardness, wear resistance are reasonable durability making it a solid choice when looking for high performance for a reasonable cost.
